During vocational sessions for Differently Abled, many times parents feel that the products being made are not made independently by Special Adults. Whereas it is important that Special Persons are trained for working independently as much as possible, but probably parents are too much conscious about it.

In any manufacturing unit also where normal persons are employed, there are different people for different activity as per their capabilities and the final product is the result of combined effort of all. So no need to burden our Special Ones also, let us create work and let them do as much as they can, ensuring that final product is sale able.
